Zona Rosa®  ITALIAN FEVER!

A few years ago, a group of thirteen of us—Sue, Cleo, Nancy, Pat, Janet, Pamela, Susan, and the other Susan, Anne, Lynn, Maggie, Charles (brave man!) and Rosemary—gathered for a six-day Zona Rosa retreat at our luxurious villa in Tuscany, with a day of exploration in Florence along the way. (A few of us also made further trips to Florence and Venice before and after the retreat.)

How to describe our time there? Sheer heaven, divine decadence, a sensual and creative paradise—we wrote, ate (food of the Gods, prepared by Pamela and Susan White); drank (great Italian wines!), and walked the Tuscan hills. We are still strumming to these pleasures, even after the months have passed -- the writing done in an idyllic setting, the intensity of feedback, the individual attention to our work, the friendships developed or deepened, as well as the chance to focus on ourselves, to grow and change (for those who wished, Anne led a Pilates class and Janet, a licensed hypnotherapist, helped us focus on our goals through hypnotherapy). As at all the Zona Rosa retreats, our needs were effortlessly met, so that we could concentrate on the important things of life.
